Discover Supply Chain Finance

 

Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is a technology-driven solution designed to reduce financing costs and enhance operational efficiency for both buyers and suppliers involved in a transaction.


Put simply, SCF allows suppliers to request early payment on their invoices—often in exchange for a small discount. This helps improve their cash flow. 


On the other side, buyers can opt to receive a share of the discount as revenue, improving their bottom line while also supporting their suppliers with faster payments and better terms.


It’s a win-win: suppliers get quicker access to cash, and buyers strengthen their supply chain while generating additional value.

How it works

 

  • Goods/Services Are Delivered
    The supplier delivers goods or services to the buyer as part of a normal business transaction.
     
  • Invoice Is Issued
    The supplier sends an invoice to the buyer, which typically has standard payment terms (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days).
     
  • Buyer Uploads and approves invoice of their accounts payable software
    Once the buyer uploads and approves the invoice for payment on their accounts payable software, our platform will immediately make an early payment offer to the seller.
     
  • Supplier Accepts Early Payment offer
    The seller can accept our offer for immediate payment or at a time prior to invoice due date. The offer will come with an early settlement discount.
     
  • Financier Pays the Supplier Early
    We pay the supplier the invoice amount at a time they choose minus the early settlement discount.
     
  • Buyer Pays the Us Later
    The buyer pays the full invoice amount to us, on or around the time they would usually pay (this doesn't have to be the due date of the invoice - but when the buyer would normally make payment)
